Shipping policy

We want to make things simple and easy when you do business with us. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free ground shipping in the continental United States for orders over $100.00. 

Alaska and Hawaii shipments are charged air shipment rates.

Orders under $100.00 are charged a flat rate of $25.00 for ground shipment.

AIR SHIPMENT RATES

Expedited shipments will be charged a flat rate according to the following table, per package:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do not ship international. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@epochscience.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We’re sorry but due to the size and nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
